Vlado:  Race 51 requesting North bound departure.
Tower: Roger Race 51, cleared to taxi runway 8.  Traffic is F14 Tomcat.
~pause~
Tower: Top Gun, you are cleared for take-off....

This was the view as we held short of runway 8 and waited for traffic to depart.  The F14 spooled up and proceeded with a full burner departure, thoroughly shaking the ground and rattling us in Moonbeam.
